Privacy Policy
Effective Nov 7, 2026. Per Diem Report ("we") publishes a free weekly email and this website. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Email and signup answers. When you subscribe we collect your email address and the optional details you choose to give: trade, license level, home state and whether you travel for work.
- Tips you send us. Pay, per diem or housing reports you submit, plus the email you send them from.
- Basic usage data. Our email provider records opens and clicks. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and traffic counts.
How we use it
- To send the newsletter and tailor it to your trade and region.
- To report total, anonymous audience numbers to sponsors (for example, "40% of readers are journeymen in Texas").
- To verify and publish reader tips without your name unless you ask us to credit you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your email or personal details.
- We don't give your contact information to employers or recruiters. If you want to hear from a sponsor, you contact them yourself.
Service providers
We use beehiiv to send email and manage subscriptions, Cloudflare to host this site, and Airtable to organize site data and reader tips. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@perdiemreport.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, and we honor those requests.
Children
This service is for working adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and mention material changes in the newsletter.
